Welcome to CRISP, we’re glad you’re here.
Valerie and Wendi met at the skating rink for Roller Derby tryouts in Dallas, Texas in 2006. Wendi has worked in the industry for 35 years as prep & line cook, dishwasher, server, bartender, host, and bookkeeper. Valerie is a full-time Actuary and maintains her day job, while also working for CRISP as our payroll & HR manager. The core menu(s) are originally from Wendi’s family recipes and inspirations over the years. Wendi and Head Chef Jeff Carter collaborate on all the menus to maintain our brand of modern Southern Comfort Food.

I love the aura of this place. From the decor in the bathroom to the pictures in the dining area. Espresso martini was 11 out of 10 food was 10 out of 10 and staff was so friendly. We brought a friend who requires wheelchair accessibility, Which made our visit even better!

I tried Crisp for the first time for my birthday and it was awesome! The food was amazing! The cocktails were also fantastic. I loved the atmosphere and all of the employees were incredibly nice and accommodating. I will definitely be back – this place is awesome!

This is a fantastic spot for a delicious Southern cuisine! The food is freshly made with delightful Southern flair! I highly recommend the ox tails. They are cooked to perfection! The Texas brisket sandwich is absolutely delicious! With a wide variety of options, there’s something to suit every taste! Highly recommended!
